Commitment to Quality
Lilliput has earned a reputation for high quality since its inception in 1993. Every stage of Lilliput’s manufacturing process sets high quality standards, and every single product must pass strict quality control:
- Raw material inspection. Every TFT panel and electronics component should be carefully inspected and filtered according to the GB2828 standard. Any defect or inferior will be denied.
- Process inspection. A sample of finished products are tested against a checklist of: salt spray test, high/low temperature tests, vibration tests, water resistance tests, dust resistance test, electro-static discharge (ESD) tests, lighting surge protection test, EMI/EMC tests and power disturbance tests.
- Final inspection. Finished products undergo a further 24-48 hours aging procedure before final inspection. 100% of finished products are inspected for display quality, component stability, and packing, along with any additional customer requirements. Another sample of finished products are then finally tested to the GB2828 standard before shipment.
